The Story

Tampere Adult Education Center (TAKK) – RAB’s esteemed partner – has played a super important role in encouraging RAB to extend our reach in connecting Finland Education & Finland by adding Tredu’s programs in our offering portfolio.

Summer, 2024

From Summer 2024, RAB started our first official partnership with Tredu, one of the most reputed educational providers in Finland, such a pride for the company.

Tredu is a city-owned and biggest vocational school in Tampere which is the second most populated city in Finland after the Helsinki Capital area. This makes Tredu the second largest vocational school in Finnish vocational education. The school is a leading player in Finland Education with a population of 17,000 students, both youngsters (46%) and adults (54%), 12,000 employees and 13 campuses around Tampere and its neighborhood areas like Nokia, Virrat, Ylöjärvi, Kangasala, Lempäälä and Orivesi.

The school not only offers training but also partners with more than 3,800 work-life collaboration partners around Finland and the world. Tredu has 100 million euros revenue annually and has more than 65 development projects.

Tredu has “unlimited” resources. The school offers 60 vocational qualifications covering almost every skilled workforce development area that are popular in Finland and Europe. As a major player in the Vocational market in Finland, Tredu’s mission is to promote sustainability, equality, and diversity. The school is pioneering new challenges, turning impossible into possible. Tredu is Brave, Bold and Fair. Tredu’s strategy spear heads are sustainable lifestyle, entrepreneurship and smart technology.

Upcoming Roadmap

Together with the trust from TAKK and Tredu, RAB became a strategic partner for Finland and Tampere City. The company will focus on promoting Finnish vocational studies to Vietnamese and Asian, creating opportunities for Finland to recruit suitable students for its pipelines of foreign talents and long-term workforce; at the same time, introducing Finland as a good destination for Vietnamese and Asian to consider beside traditional destinations like Germany, Canada, Japan, Taiwan.

With Takk, Tredu, International House Tampere and other synergized efforts from both countries, we believe that our students and their beloveds will be in good hands when arriving in Tampere City – a City that is ranked first in terms of living standard in Finland.
