Dear Esteemed Partners,

On the occasion of our company’s fifth anniversary, on behalf of RAB Education, I wish to convey a few words to you as a sincere expression of our gratitude for your continued support.

Established upon a modest entrepreneurial spirit, RAB’s strength has always resided in our capacity to pay close attention to the small yet critical details. In this respect, we see a resonance with the Finnish mindset: simple but geared towards efficient problem-solving. This approach has enabled RAB to evolve from a small consultancy team into a reputable education enterprise and earning the long-term trust of our Finnish colleagues.

Typically, student recruitment agencies tend to prioritise sales and enrolments, but I advocated for a different approach from day one. My focus has been on providing accurate information (responsible marketing). Education is not a consumer commodity; its value lies in the quality of information you provide to the client and the ability to manage customer expectations. The capacity to understand the local education needs and the competence to market on behalf of our partner institutions is the essence of my strategy and that of RAB.

A focus on promotion does not equate to a wasteful allocation of resources. Indeed, RAB and its partner institutions have achieved numerous solid milestones through countless small efforts. Have we ever encountered setbacks? Yes, we have faced failures, but we have never given up. Our strength is understanding the importance of loyalty and mutual support, not just between organizations, but also between individuals. We have never let our partners down.

Looking ahead, RAB Education envisions a new strategic outlook. We aim to become a success story in educational cooperation between Finland and the developing world — particularly as the Finnish education system undergoes significant transformation. We seek to assist Finland in building a high-calibre workforce, sourced from the very capable and talented students we advise and select.

RAB Education

RAB’s journey began with the international education of its Founder and Co-founder in Finland, Germany, and Australia, laying the groundwork for our vision.

The company was established during the COVID-19 pandemic with the initial mission to promote online coding programs from Finland.

We then shifted our focus to providing education consultation for students interested in studying in Finland, with a focus on UAS bachelor programs.

In 2022, RAB collaborated with TAKK to recruit our first cohort of students in Food Services. This success led to the rapid launch of more programs, including Cleaning, Beauty Care, and Practical Nursing.

Summer 2024, we became an official partner of Tredu. The strong trust from both TAKK and Tredu has elevated RAB to a strategic partner for the City of Tampere.

Our efforts were recognized with multiple visits from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, the Vice Mayor of the City of Tampere, and other important officials from Finland.

January 2025, RAB officially started its partnership with Laurea University of Applied Sciences, marking our return to higher education recruitment.

Fall 2025, we officially began a key partnership with Turun AKK, further strengthening our network.
